Before we created HIKAP™, we listened to 109+ Fur Families through a survey to better understand their experiences, routines, and concerns when caring for their dogs. HIKAP™ builds on that learning, together with ongoing conversations, real customer feedback, and our experience with the original PUREPAWS™ formula. In our first PUREPAWS™ Pilot Batch, 20+ Fur Families joined us and shared their experiences, feedback, and suggestions. Their input helped us understand what worked, what could be improved, and what Fur Families wanted from an everyday dog shampoo.
That feedback became part of the journey toward HIKAP™ — an improved version of PUREPAWS™.
